Production and Manufacturing Alignment Assessment

Prior to project acceptance, the sales, engineering, operational, and quality teams at Iron Forge Enterprises work to analyze your designs, processes, and quote to assure complete alignment for a seamless process.

Business Workflow Review

The assignment of a project marks the beginning of our review process. This review includes scope of work, lead times, inventory needs, and quality and delivery requirements.

Prototype and Production Ramp-up

As the business workflow is reviewed, the Iron Forge Enterprises team conducts a final check of project requirements, and finalizes the production process. Production then begins, followed by customer approval, and the submittal of any required paperwork or data that should be included with the project. This process is custom tailored to meet the needs of each customer.

Quality Assurance and Final Inspections

This is where the “rubber meets the road”. Iron Forge Enterprises inspects and confirms the quality and conformity to all prescribed specifications before any product leaves the facility.
